Our birds are free range and antibiotic-free.  They will be put out to our free range pasture March 26th, 2025, and they will be ready for processing April 26th, 2025.  The birds are fed non-GMO chicken starter out the gate and moved to non-GMO chicken feed with some meal worm snacks from time to time to keep them happy.  There are absolutely no antibiotics and no hormones. Simply organic and free range. We are taking reservations now so please contact us via our Contacts Form. The birds average about 6 pounds each, and our processor is a USDA-certified processor in the state of Texas, which means resale is available to restaurants or stores anywhere.  The chickens are also available for pickup or delivery in Nueces or Jim Wells Counties.
